Yoram Yasur Blume | If there is one thing that bothers me is having to spend so much money on creams. There is no wage to resist it! So to save on this, I started looking for what habits can help me protect my skin without leaving me in bankrupt. These are the things that I discovered:
1. Drink lots of water:
If you are dehydrated, your skin will show it because it will look dry and dull. When you take liquid, you will prevent this from happening and you will restore the luminosity of your skin. You should only give yourself about two liters of water daily. With them you can also eliminate toxins naturally!
2. Do not wash your face with hot water:
The hot water is very good for washing the dishes, but it does not represent the best alternative to wash our face, because it will dry it. Ideally, use only warm water.
3. Change your pillowcase often:
If your skin is prone to acne, changing the covers of your pillows often is critical. In the cover is the dirt, oils and dead skin that we lose while we sleep. That, the next night, can clog the pores and cause the appearance of the hated zits.
Avoid dairy products:
Yoram Yasur Blume: “Dairy products can cause skin problems, especially in people who are allergic or suffer from lactose intolerance”. If you suspect this may be your problem, try leaving the dairy for a month and compare how your skin looks. Of course, in case of making this decision, it is fundamental that you find the nutritional contribution of these foods in others. For example, to avoid having a calcium deficit, go to other sources of this mineral, such as almonds!
5. Make yourself a home peeling:
We all know that chemical peels are very expensive. So try the next alternative: rub the damp skin with the rough part of a cloth (it may be an old towel that does not dry any longer). Finally put some moisturizer to prevent dryness. In this way, you will eliminate the dead cells and open the way to new, smoother and brighter skin.
6. Check your kitchen:
“There are many ingredients in our kitchen that we can also use in pursuit of the beauty of our skin.
The olive oil you use to season the salad is a good moisturizer, both for your skin and for your hair. Masks will not be a problem, as a natural yogurt will be a good replacement for those expensive products that were not at your fingertips and you could only look in the stores”.
Do you see that I was right? We can really do a lot for our skin without spending so much money.
